Growing companies often find themselves balancing multiple financial partners and tools just to keep pace.

Analyst House was built from firsthand experience inside a fast-growing food tech and CPG company— where we learned how easily financial strategy can get overshadowed by the demands of scaling.

Our goal is to help other high-growth teams stay focused on the bigger picture while we bring order and insight to their financial operations.

Our team

Ranger Woodland

CEO / Founder

Bio

Ranger is obsessed with helping founders scale smarter.

Ranger grew up in Los Angeles, but has called Colorado home for the better part of eight years. While studying Quantitative Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder, Ranger joined Meati Foods as the company’s first finance hire, helping lay the foundation for a more sustainable future in food.

Over the next four years, he helped guide Meati through its evolution from an R&D startup to a nationally recognized consumer brand. As the team raised and deployed a $28M Series A, $50M Series B, and $150M Series C, Ranger’s roles spanned financial analysis, systems and data analytics, and ultimately Senior FP&A Analyst. This breadth of experience in a hypergrowth environment sparked his passion for helping early-stage startups scale intelligently, with the right systems and structure from the start.

Ranger founded Analyst House to bring that same hands-on finance expertise to other early-stage and high-growth companies. When he’s not helping founders build stronger finance functions, you can find him traveling, running, surfing, cooking, or staying active outdoors.

He then moved into FP&A, where he supported long-range strategic planning and built tools to improve forecasting accuracy across revenue and operating expenses.
